The Placecap EU GmbH provides its services in the investment brokerage of financial instruments within the meaning of Section 2 clause 2 no. 3 of the German Securities Institutions Act (Wertpapierinstitutsgesetz – WpIG) exclusively for the account and under the liability of AHP Capital Management GmbH. In this respect, the Placecap EU GmbH acts as a tied agent of AHP Capital Management GmbH pursuant to Section 3 clause 2 WpIG.
